A message in the agreed shape becomes a calendar entry, so nobody keys it in twice. Replying to one with CANCEL or a new time updates the same booking.

Connect the real WhatsApp group
  1. Expose this server over HTTPS, then set the webhook callback URL to https://your-host/webhook with the verify token you started the server with (WA_VERIFY_TOKEN).
  2. Set WA_APP_SECRET to your Meta app secret so incoming posts are signature checked. Without it the endpoint accepts anything that can reach it.
  3. Subscribe the number to the messages webhook field. Group messages arrive on that same field with an extra group_id.
  4. Group messages need an Official Business Account, cap at 8 participants, and only work in groups the API created itself. For an existing group an unofficial bridge can POST the same shape to /bridge instead.
